PornForLess is a review and discount directory: it does not produce, create, upload, host, or store any depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, and it is not the producer — primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 — of any such content.

With respect to any material that may appear on this site, PornForLess relies on the exemption at 28 C.F.R. § 75.7(a), and on the representations of the third-party operators who supplied it.

Where the records are held

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for content that appears on the websites reviewed here are kept by the respective producers of that content, not by us. Each site we link to publishes its own 2257 statement identifying its records custodian; that statement is normally reachable from the footer of the site in question. Requests concerning those records must be made to that producer directly.
