PornForLess respects copyright and responds to properly made notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This page sets out how to send one.
Before you write
This site is a review and discount directory. We do not produce, upload, host or store adult video content. What appears here is our own editorial writing alongside promotional images supplied by the operators for the purpose of advertising their sites.
If the material you are concerned about is on one of the sites we link to, that site is the host and only its operator can remove it — a notice to us cannot. Send yours to them. If the material is on this site, read on.
Where to send it
Notices go to info@pornforless.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. This mailbox is monitored for this purpose.
What your notice must contain
To be effective, a notice must include all of the following. A notice missing any of it may not be actionable, and we may come back to you for the rest.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site you say is infringing, precise enough for us to find it — the full URL of the page and a description of the exact image or text.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
What happens next
We aim to review every complete notice within two working days. Where the claim is properly made we remove or disable access to the material promptly, and we will tell you what we did. We may also tell the party who supplied the material, and pass on your notice.
If you believe your material was removed in error
Send a counter-notice to info@pornforless.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure before you send.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and listings of anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
